Welcome to Pasigo Design Watercolour Studio. In this video, I demonstrate painting a forest path. I begin by applying a loose, variegated wash in the background to establish the scene’s light values. Then, I build up the washes in value and intensity, adding progressively smaller layers. This technique allows lighter values to remain visible throughout the painting’s development and into the final piece. Tree leaf clusters are created using a negative painting technique. Dahlia Part 2 Final

Welcome to Pasigo Design Watercolour Studio. In Part 1, I demonstrated how to paint a loose variegated wash in the background to set the stage for painting the dahlia. https://youtu.be/4PNIYhw16Rs In this second part, I demonstrate how to paint the dahlia petals and shadows.
